The North London Wedding Showcase took place on Sunday 5th April 2009 and was a great success. Brides, grooms and members of the wedding descended on Alexandra Palace and met some of the finest local wedding experts and suppliers.
The catwalk show featured great wedding gowns and groomswear from Pronuptia Cockfosters, evening wear from John Lewis, resort wear from Lily and Lionel, bridal and eveningwear from Motasem, destination wedding dresses from Sandals and occasion wear from Donna.

One lucky bride to be was picked from the crowd and enjoyed a complete makeover with hair by Beautyandmakeup.co.uk, make up by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and dressed in a stunning gown from Pronuptia Cockfosters.
Brides, grooms and their entourage also benefited from hearing tips from leading wedding experts on how to choose the perfect wedding cake styling tips for Mothers and guests and the how a wedding planner help couples stretch their wedding budget. Visitors were also entertained by a roving caricaturist, close-up magician and live music.
