Yes, absolutely! Sparkle & Wow offer tailored services for YOU, depending on your budget and unique requirements. As a guide, here are some figures. A full planning serving starts at £2,750 and the must have on-the-day coordination service starts at £470 (though we begin working on your wedding 4 weeks prior to the big day). Some clients just want us to perform one vital function such as sourcing a venue and this service starts from just £250. Contact us for a free planning consultation.

How far in advance can we book a planning service from you?

The maximum is 5 years in advance and the minimum is 3 weeks, though we have been known to arrange an event in 36 hours! Simply call us for availability and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I choose which Wedding or Event Planner to hire?

The most important thing is to find a Professional Planner who you trust and are comfortable with. Ensure they listen to what YOU want; you will be spending a lot of time together. Ensure they are up to date on trends, undertake regular training, have an extensive network of suppliers and a good reputation amongst other wedding professionals. Sparkle & Wow are members of the Association of Bridal Consultants and the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners. We are passionate about what we do and are professionals. Planning is not a hobby for us, it’s a full time role.

What if I live a long way from where you are based in North London?

We will arrange a mutually convenient time and place to meet with you for the initial consultation. If you choose to hire us we will keep in close contact with you during the planning process via your preferred method (phone/email/post) and will schedule face-to-face meetings. The meetings and level of contact will be included in the contract of service. All clients are given our 24 hour mobile number in the unlikely case of an emergency or you simply need to chat weddings!

What if my wedding is taking place abroad?

Great, we have a network of contacts at some fabulous resorts and we liaise closely with them to ensure all the finer details and arrangements are taken care of. If you have already booked your destination wedding we can step in and take on those time consuming tasks to ensure it is a smooth process that results in a perfect celebration.
